Schedule of events:
7 - 8:30 am: Set-up, Registration at Depot
8:30 - 8:45 am: Cooks Meeting at Depot
9 - 11:30 am: Homestyle cooking period
10 am: Salsa Turn-in*
11:30 am: Homestyle Turn-in*
10:15 am - 1:15 pm: Chili Verde cooking period
12 pm until: People's Choice Chili Tasting
1:15 pm: Chili Verde Turn-in*
12 - 3 pm: Traditional Red cooking period
3 pm: Traditional Red Turn-in*
5 pm: Awards at Depot

*All judges are required to meet inside the
Depot 15 minutes prior to each turn-in time.

People's Choice Chili Tasting:
All You Can Eat Chili
12 noon until - $5 per person/per kit

Sample professional cook's chili and you be the judge. Vote for the
best tasting chili. $5 per chili tasting kit with all proceeds to benefit
Crossroads Museum. Kits include cups, spoons, napkins and judges card.

ICS COOKS - REGISTER
FOR COOK-OFF HERE


You must be an ICS member to compete (become a ICS member for
just $10 by clicking here). Entry fees are separate per category
and will be collected at Corinth Depot day of cook-off.

All Traditional Red and/or Homestyle contestants must prepare at least one gallon
of People’s Choice chili (PC). People's Choice Tasting begins at 12 p.m.
