Live music, free tours of museum and depot!
$5 All you can eat Chili Tasting!

People's Choice Chili Tasting:
All You Can Eat Chili
12 noon - $5 per person/per kit

Sample professional cook's chili and you be the judge. Vote for the
best tasting chili. $5 per chili tasting kit with all proceeds to benefit
Crossroads Museum. Kits include cups, spoons, napkins and judges card.

Saturday's Schedule - public cook-off:
7 am: Set-up begins
8 am: Registration at Depot
8:30 am: Cooks Meeting at Depot
9 am: Start Homestyle (12 pm turn in)
10:30 am: Start Veggie (1:30 pm turn in)
11:30 pm: Start Verde (2:30 pm turn in)
12 pm: People's Choice begins
12:30 pm: Start Red (3:30 pm turn in)
5 pm: Awards at Depot

Sunday's Schedule - ICS only cook-off:
7 am: Set-up begins
7:30 am: Registration at Depot
7:45 am: Cooks Meeting at Depot
8 am: Start Homestyle (11 am turn in)
9:30 am: Start Verde (12:30 pm turn in)
11 am: Start Red (2 pm turn in)
4 pm: Awards at Depot

*All judges are required to meet inside the
Depot 15 minutes prior to each turn-in time.

You must be an ICS member to compete (become a ICS member for
just $10 by clicking here). Entry fees are separate per category
and will be collected at Corinth Depot day of cookoff.

All Traditional Red and/or Homestyle contestants must prepare at least one gallon
of People’s Choice chili (PC). People's Choice Tasting begins at 12 p.m.
